The Red Geranium custom frames area talent

Like any great piece of art The Red Geranium in Mauston will hold your attention in ways you never expected.  


With it's welcoming exterior the quaint little shop in Mauston is home to an array of experiences beyond it's front door.



Known for their custom framing and gifts, the store frames more than just a picture or two - it tells a story of the local talent here in Juneau County. From the strokes of an artist's brush, to capturing the mind's eye of a photographer or even the patience found in the hands of crafters- the The Red Geranium frames Juneau County's culture and artists. 

On the 2nd Saturday of each month The Red Geranium goes a step further by opening it's doors to host an artist showcase and allowing for the rare opportunity for art lover's to meet the artists of the area. This past weekend was just such an opportunity and if you missed it, don't fret because next month's Artist Showcase is planned for September 10th from 10 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. 




The artists scheduled to appear are:


Sandy Williams and her poetry. Sandy is from New Lisbon, WI. 
Penny Collins with her original art and sculptures. Penny is from Mauston, WI.
Barb Anderson with her original art. Barb is from Oxford, WI. 

The Red Geranium is not only dedicated in showcasing local talent within their store, but also to a wider audience as they have sponsored The Arts' Page here on this site. By doing so local artists can submit bios, and other information on their passions without having to worry about the cost of advertising.
